Hotel a Fort Drum

“This hotel was in convient location . We needed a place to stay while family member was in hospital. Room was clean, beds very confortable . Only complaints, #1 doors were very loud when closed. So you heard them off/on three the night. #2 included breakfast was probably the most unappealing selection compared to most hotels”

“We had a very pleasant 4 night stay while visiting my son and family. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The free breakfast was the usual fare but good (real eggs, pastries/muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, yogurt etc). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here next visit to Watertown!”

“As an ex Hotel front desk manager and 5 star auditor . This place his maintain with the highest standards. The area is also very safe . I do make inspection of my room when i check in . Nothing to say . This is a place where you have more than what you paid for ! Awesome keep up the good work ! ”

“Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked...

“Breakfast was just okay. I wish they had a place to fill up water bottles. And there is no elevator, so make sure if you have a disability to get a room on the first floor. Otherwise, staff were friendly and it was a great stay”

“The staff were great my only complaints are the room had stained carpet rooms 311/313 and the shower tub faucet would leak when the shower is on resulting in no pressure. Otherwise the staff was great, the hotel needs a well needed update. Get rid of the carpet please”

“room spotless....but could not turn down cooling ..brrr. staff very accommodating...i love waffles and the cookies.... few rooms rented but noise esp. in the morning if a full house would be very disconservative.”

“It was a nice area. The manager/owner was pleasant. Room was small, but cozy. Heater either got too warm or too cold. Back and forth.”

“The room was relatively clean except for the stains on the sheets and the leftover soap with hair on it that was from previous Visitors and leftover shampoo. It was gross.. There was no hot water. I left the water run for 6 minutes and it only got Luke warm.. so no shower for me. I left at approximately 7am rang the bell for service but no one showed up so I left. ”
